6 Days Mystic South: Madurai to Kovalam

Day 1: Arrival in Madurai

Upon arrival in Madurai, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and freshening up, proceed for a local sightseeing tour of Madurai.

Visit:

● Sri Meenakshi Sundareshwar Temple
● Thirumalai Nayak Palace
● Alagar Koil Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Madurai.

Day 2 Madurai – Rameswaram

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Rameswaram. On arrival, check into the hotel.

In the afternoon, proceed for local sightseeing.

Visit:

● Agnitheertham
● Ram Jharoka Temple Overnight stay at the hotel in Rameswaram.

Day 3 Dhanushkodi Excursion

After breakfast, proceed to Dhanushkodi, the ghost town at the tip of India. Explore the scenic ruins and serene beach.

Return to Rameswaram and visit:

● Pamban Bridge Overnight stay at the hotel in Rameswaram.

Day 4 Rameswaram – Kanyakumari

After breakfast, check out and drive to Kanyakumari, the southernmost tip of India where the three seas meet.

Upon arrival, check into the hotel and begin sightseeing.

Visit:

● Vivekananda Rock Memorial
● Kanyakumari Temple
● Gandhi Memorial
● Triveni Sangamam
● Local Market

Watch the stunning sunset at the confluence point. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kanyakumari.

Day 5 Kanyakumari – Poovar – Kovalam

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Kovalam, en route visiting Poovar – a scenic backwater paradise.

On arrival in Kovalam, check into the hotel.

Enjoy a relaxing time at Kovalam Beach. Water sports like kayaking, swimming, surfing, and skiing are available (at own cost).

Overnight stay at the hotel in Kovalam.

Day 6 Departure from Trivandrum

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Trivandrum Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey with beautiful memories.
