Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms and charges imposed by hotels, airlines, and other service providers. Triptresor will apply a minimal service fee to process cancellations and refunds for bookings made through our platform.

Hotel Bookings

Cancellation policies for hotel-only bookings vary by property and are subject to the specific terms of each hotel. Common scenarios include:

Standard Bookings: Cancellations 48-72 hours before check-in may receive full refund minus processing fees

Non-Refundable Rates: No refund available under any circumstances

Peak Season Bookings: Stricter cancellation terms apply ( 7-14 days advance notice required)

Flight Bookings


Domestic Flights:Subject to airline cancellation policies, depending on the type of fare and convenience charges.

International Flights: Cancellation charges range from 50% to 100% depending on fare type and airline.

Charter Flights: Generally non-refundable once booked.

  4. Refund eligibility will be assessed based on this policy and vendor terms.

Date Changes


Package Tours:
Subject to availability and price differences.
Hotels: Depends on hotel policy, price difference and availability.
Flights: Subject to airline change fees plus fare difference if any.

Passenger Name Changes

Domestic Bookings: Subject to airline name change fees policy and fare difference if any.
International Bookings: Not permitted once tickets are issued.
Minor Corrections: Spelling corrections allowed within 24 hours of booking.

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

In case of genuine medical emergencies, we may offer more flexible cancellation terms:

  • Valid medical certificate from registered practitioner required
  • Must be submitted within 48 hours of cancellation request
  • Eligible for up to 70% refund (minus processing fees) regardless of cancellation timeline
  • Subject to management approval on case-by-case basis.

Disasters & Force Majeure

  • Flexible cancellation or date change allowed if government issues a travel advisory or destination closure.

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, severe weather) handled case-by-case.

  • If refunds are not possible, a travel credit voucher will be issued directly by TripTresor for future use.

  • Trips may be postponed if there is an official government notice affecting travel.

  • Official documentation must be provided to process any claims.

Visa Rejection

  • Visa fees are strictly non refundable, even in case of visa rejection.

  • In case of visa rejection, refunds for flights and hotels will be processed as per airline/hotel policies. We will assist in getting the maximum possible refund.

  • Land package refunds, if applicable, will be issued after deducting processing charges and only upon receiving the official visa rejection letter.

  • Refund values depend on supplier terms, and certain services may be fully non-refundable.

Payment Terms

  • Initial Deposit: 100% flight cost + 50% land package cost to confirm booking
  • Balance Payment: Due minimum 7 days before departure
  • Peak Season: Full payment required in advance
  • Special Services: Full advance payment may be required based on vendor terms
