Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation and refund policies depend on the hotels and resorts where the reservation has been made. It varies from hotel to hotel and
is influenced by factors such as seasonality and the duration between the cancellation date and the check-in date, among others.
- Triptresor will charge a processing fee of 15% in the event of cancellations or amendments.
Terms & Conditions, Booking and Payment Policies
- 100% of the flight cost and 50% of the land package cost should be paid to confirm any booking or to hold services.
- The remaining amount must be paid at least 20 days before departure.
- The advance payment amount may vary depending on the services booked and the time left before the trip starts.
- For special train journeys or bookings during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, etc.), full payment in advance is required.
- Early Check-in / Late Check-out
- Please note that the standard check-in/checkout time in most hotels is 12:00 PM (IST). Early check-in or late check-out is not included in the package cost and will depend entirely on hotel policies, availability, and the season. We can place a request for these services, but we cannot guarantee confirmation.

Force Majeure Clause
Trip Tresor India shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or additional expenses arising due to Force Majeure events, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities (earthquakes, floods, cyclones, volcanic eruptions, landslides, etc.)
- Adverse weather conditions
- Epidemics, pandemics, or health-related emergencies
- Acts of God
- War, civil unrest, riots, strikes, protests, or political disturbances
- Government regulations, lockdowns, or travel advisories
- Airport congestion, air traffic control restrictions, or airline operational issues
In such cases, no refunds or compensation shall be applicable unless recovered from the respective service providers.
Flight & Transportation Disclaimer
- Trip Tresor India is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, schedule changes, or airline overbooking.
- Any additional costs arising due to flight rescheduling, diversions, or missed services shall be borne by the passenger.
- Ground transportation timings and routing are subject to local traffic conditions and regulations.
Sightseeing & Activity Disclaimer
- Entry to monuments, attractions, or activities may be restricted or closed without prior notice by local authorities.
- Trip Tresor India shall not be responsible for partial or non-completion of sightseeing due to external circumstances.
- Sightseeing order, attractions, and activities are subject to local conditions, operational feasibility, weather, crowd control, and time availability.
Hotel & Accommodation Disclaimer
- Hotels mentioned are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- In case of non-availability, similar or alternate hotels of the same category will be provided.
- Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to hotel policies.
- Room allocation (double/twin/triple/extra bed) is as per hotel norms.
Meals Disclaimer

- Passengers are responsible for their own health, fitness, and medical requirements.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
- Trip Tresor India shall not be liable for any illness, injury, accident, or loss of life during the tour.
Group Conduct & Responsibility
- Passengers are expected to adhere strictly to group timings and tour discipline.
- To ensure a smooth experience for all group members, individual delays cannot be accommodated. Passengers causing delays may be required to rejoin the group independently at their own cost, and Trip Tresor India will not be liable for any missed services.
- Any damages caused to hotels, vehicles, or public property shall be directly payable by the concerned passenger.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Fixed Departure packages operate on non-refundable and non-amendable terms unless otherwise stated.
- Any refunds, if applicable, will strictly depend on recoveries from suppliers.
- No refund shall be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, or early departures.
Pricing & Taxes
- Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or supplier revisions.
- GST, TCS, and any applicable taxes are payable as per prevailing government regulations.
