Package Inclusions

Accommodation :

• 5 nights in hotels:
• 2 nights in Munnar (Non-AC room)
• 1 night in Thekkady (Non-AC room)
• 1 night in Alleppey
• 1 night in Cochin

Meals :
Daily breakfast at the respective hotels
Transfers :

• Pick-up and drop-off from Cochin Airport or Railway Station.
• All sightseeing and transfers on a disposal basis from hotel to hotel.

Exclusions in Kerala Tour Packages

• Sightseeing Beyond Itinerary: Any sightseeing not specified in the itinerary will incur additional charges.
• Personal Expenses: Costs such as laundry, telephone calls, beverages, and other personal expenses are not included
• Meals & Beverages: Extra meals, starters, and drinks beyond the included breakfast are excluded.
• Optional Activities: Charges for activities like Kathakali shows, elephant rides, and guide services are not covered.
• Thekkady Jungle Safari & Houseboat Charges: Expenses for jungle safari jeep rides in Thekkady and houseboat stays are additional.
• Unspecified Expenses: Any incidental or other expenses not mentioned in the inclusions are excluded.
• Medical and insurance of any kind. Any expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances like flight delay/cancellation/hike in fare, strike or any other natural calamities

Booking & Payment Policy

1. Advance Payment Requirement: To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required.
2. Issuance of Confirmation Vouchers: Upon receipt of the advance payment, we will issue confirmation vouchers detailing your trip itinerary and hotel reservations. Please note that these details are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to you in advance.
3. Reservation Verification: After receiving the hotel confirmation from our team, you are encouraged to directly verify your reservation with the respective hotel.
4. Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the total payment must be completed before the commencement of your journey.

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the specific hotel and service providers involved in your booking. Detailed information regarding cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.

Payment Methods:

We accept payments through various modes, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and UPI. Please ensure that all payments are made to the official accounts provided by our team.

Documentation:

It is advisable to retain all payment receipts and correspondence for future reference.

Important Notes

GST on Final Bill : Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applied to the total invoice amount based on the Package Price.

Extra Bed / Child with Bed : Charges for an extra bed or for a child requiring a bed are the same.

Child Policy :

• Children below 5 years of age can stay complimentary without an extra bed.
• Children aged 5 years and above are chargeable, even if no extra bed is required.

Per Person cost for 2 pax :- INR 16,999/- Onwards
